ofcourse,you can find data from wkikpedia one by one but here we have putted all states and union territory together respectively their per capita income, pouplation size and Human development Rank.Mentioned per capita income is from the 2018-19 list and we have arranged the states and union territory in decreasing order of ther p.c.i.  

1.Goa(Panaji)

Goa topped in the list with per capita income INR 4,58,304. Having population size of 15.8 lakh and 3rd position in human development index.

2. Delhi(Delhi)

Capital of India have per capita income INR 3,65,529 . Having population size 1.9 crore and 5th position in Human Development index.

3. Sikkim(Gangtok)

One of small state is having per capita income INR 3,57,643. With population size 6.19 lakh. Having Human development rank 10.

4.Chandigarh(Chandigarh)

City beautiful is having p.c.i INR 3,29,209. With population size 10.6 lakhs and 2nd position in HDI rank.

5.Haryana(Chandigarh)

Haryana's p.c.i is INR 2,36,147. Having population size 2.54 crore And occupied 11th position in HDI list.

6.Puducherry(Pondicherry)

Pondicherry is having p.c.i. INR 2,20,461 with Population size 2.42 lakh. Occupied 7th position in HDI rank.

7. Karnataka (Benguluru)

State of Mysore is having p.c.i of INR 2,10,887 with population size 6.41 crore. Occupied 19th rank in HDI list.

8.Telengana(Hyderabad)

Having p.c.i INR 2,04,488 with population 3.52 crore. Rank in HDI is 22.

9.Kerela(Thiruvanthapuram)

kerela's p.c.i. is about INR 2,04,105 with population approximately 3.48 crore. Having HDI rank 1.

10.Uttarakhand(Dehradun)

Uttarakhand is having p.c.i. is about INR 1,98,738 and Having population 1.17 crore. this state occupied 18th position in HDI rank list.

11.Gujarat(Gandhinagar)

Milk city Gujarat is Having p.c.i. about INR 1,97,447. Population size is 6.27 crore. And occupied 21th position in HDI rank list.

12.Tamilnadu(Chennai)

Tamilnadu is having p.c.i. INR 1,93,750. Population size is 6.79 crore. Occupied HDI rank is 11.

13.Maharasthra(Mumbai)

people of Maharashtra have p.c.i INR 1,91,736. Having population size

12.3 crore. occupied HDI rank 15.

14.Himachal Pradesh (Shimla/Dharmshala)

This beautiful state have p.c.i INR 1,83,104. estimated population upto 2020 is about 68.7 lakh. And HDI rank is 8th.

15.Andaman and Nicobar(Port blair)

This union territory's p.c.i is unknown just because of some non connecting tribes. Population is about 4 lakh.(Not fully sure) and HDI rank is 6th.

16.Punjab (Chandigarh)

This state have p.c.i of INR 1,54,996. Population size is about 2.8 crore. and HDI rank is 9.

17.Andhra Pradesh(Amravati)

AP Have p.c.i is about  INR 1,51,173 along with population size 4.97 crore and Occupied 27th rank in HDI.

18.Arunachal Pradesh(Itanagar)

This northeastern state have p.c.i. INR 1,39,588. Having population size 12.6 lakh. occupied 25th position in HDI rank list.

19.Mizoram(Aizawl)

This also a northeastern state with p.c.i INR 1,38,401 along with population 11.2 lakh. occupied HDI rank 14th.

20.Nagaland(Kohima)

This Northeastern state have p.c.i INR 1,16,882(below tthe national p.c.i) with population size 22.8 lakh. ranked 20th in HDI list.

21.Tripura(Agartala)

This state of north east have p.c.i INR 1,13,102. population size estimated 36.6 lakh. occupied rank in HDI list is 24.

22.Rajasthan(Jaipur)

This state have p.c.i  INR 1,10,606 with population size is about 6.89 crore. Occupied HDI rank is 29th.

23. West Bengal(Kolkata)

p.c.i of this state is  INR 1,09,491. Having population 9.03 crore. HDI rank is 28th.

24.Chattisgarh(Atal Nagar)

This state have p.c.i. INR 96,887 with population size 3.22 crore. Having HDI rank 31.

25.Odisha(Bhubaneswar)

p.c.i of this state is  INR 95,164 with population 4.37 crore and occupied HDI rank 32.

26.Jammu and kashmir(Srinagar/Jammu)

This state have p.c.i. INR 91,882 with population 1.25 crore. and having HDI rank 17th.

27.Madhya Pradesh (Bhopal)

MP have p.c.i INR 90,998. Population size is about 7.33 crore. And having HDI rank 33.

28.Meghalaya(Shillong)

This North Eastern state have p.c.i. INR 89,078 with population 26.5 lakhs and rank is 26.

29. Assam(Dispur)

Big sister of North east is having p.c.i INR 82,078. Estimated population of 3.09 crore.

30.Jharkhand(Ranchi)

Having p.c.i INR 76,019 with population 3.19 crore and HDI rank 34.

31.Manipur(Imphal)

Manipur have it's p.c.i INR 69,978 and population 27.2 lakhs and HDI rank 15.

32. Uttar Pradesh (Lucknow)

UP have p.c.i INR 66,512 with population 20.42 crore and HDI rank is 35.

33.Bihar(Patna)

The last state of the list have p.c.i INR 43,822 and Population size is 9.9 crore and HDI rank 36.
