Ways may uplift north east India

 

North Eastern states comprises Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland,Manipur,Tripura,Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim. Facilities in this states are somehow still below average. There are many issues for which this states get less attention in National Agendas.

1) It comprises less number of seats in Lok sabha as well as in Rajya Sabha.

2) Remote region, less plain areas and more hilly region.

3) Less population size.

 Here is only few examples for which north east India get less attention compare to other states. But there are some solutions which may uplift the North East India. If government look into these issues.So, here some ways to uplift north East.

1)Promoting Agriculture and encourage Farmers

North east region known for it's fertile land. Which is suitable to grow crops. It's found that less than 10% crop land is used to grow crop. So, if government look into this issue and encourage farmers to grow crop it may lead the economy of North East.

2)construction of Road from Guwahati to Bangkok 

It's found that Distance from Guwahati to Mumbai is 2804 km whereas Distance from Guwahati to Bangkok is about 2378 km. If we send vegetables from Guwahati to Mumbai then why we can't send vegetables to Bangkok. If Government successfully done trilateral meeting with Myanmar government and Thailand king. It may be possible to construct road from Guwahati to Bangkok via Myanmar. Which may give a opportunity to north east to become one of the economic hub. 

3)Promoting the tourism

Since, North east is also known for it's beauty and culture. But some how it's legging behind to uplift it's beauty and culture to world. If Government look to promote Tourism then it may turn into Dubai or Singapore of India with Natural beauty. But for this Government have to take responsibility in a proper way.

4) National media house 

North eastern states have many hilly region but it's also have lot plain areas if somehow it turn to media hub then it will become beneficial for northeast to raise there issues. But for this Government have to work to strong internet systems and satellite too.

So, if this ways really apply in north east then there is hope for north east otherwise it will remain same.
